Since 2018 we want each CAREXPART customer to be satisfied with our products, but for any reason you'd like to return any item please contact us first for help.
CAREXPART customers can return the products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund and buyer is responsible for the safe return of the products.
Buyer should pack items well in original box to protect from damages and make sure that all the fitting equipment has been included.
Before refunding we open the boxes and check the availability of them to be sold, so items should be in original packaging & in a saleable condition.
Please contact us with the return reason before shipping it back, if there is a proven issue we will email you free return labels.
Note: If the buyer doesn't contact us with the return help inquiry to get free return label first then the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
Once the returned products arrive in it's original box and saleable condition, we refund the money in 24 hours.
After reciving the item, the buyer should contact us within 30 days.
Returns shipping will be paid by seller (free returns).
Please kindly consider that in the event of a wrong order, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
International returns not accepted.
