Returned products should be sent back complete, with packaging, accessories, documents and any included items, within the applicable return period.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are issued through the applicable original payment method whenever possible.

Automotive parts and accessories are inspected for physical condition, packaging, OEM/part reference, installation marks and completeness when evaluating a return or exchange.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible vehicle application, modification, impact, contamination or unauthorized intervention may be excluded from return, exchange or warranty coverage.

If a shipment appears damaged, inspect it on delivery where possible and report damaged, missing or incorrect items to Carexpart promptly with photos or video.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and the returned product being complete and in acceptable condition.

Installation or workshop services, when separately purchased, may be subject to service-specific cancellation and return conditions.

Warranty claims are handled according to the applicable manufacturer, importer or distributor terms. Products may be inspected before a return, exchange or warranty decision.
